Our Genesis
Listening Management was created in 2020 by Philippe Mélou.
Philippe have held several international positions in senior roles, leading sales and service teams (more than 800 employees) and managing profit centers in France, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia.
During his long career, he was focus on building teams based on talents, hiring the best people for the future. He truly believe that for achieving goals you need a strong team. A strong team is based on trust,inspiration and of course engagement.
Having been in different structures and strategies, he was asking himself , “do I have the right management team to lead my guys?” , “do they use the right skills to motivate, retain and develop the people?”. He has worked hard on how should be the coaching model, the right Smart goals, the efficient performance review, what should be the career path for the team…
He got to the conclusion that all these topics are linked and that you can not be a good leader if you don’t trust your team, you can not be a good leader if you don’t spend time with them, if you don’t coach them, if you don’t listen to them. Listening is the key word and that is why he create his own company to develop and leverage the management to this key word. Listen…..
